You can skip this post if you don`t value saving time and building systems for your online business or corporate intrapreneur journey. If you do, imagine how much time you or your team could save from some of your daily operations if digital tools and systems were in place.
Hello busy leader, founder, or intrapreneur near me or in another part of the world. If you were searching for "best tools for data analysis", "easy digital tools for online businesses", "how to automate repetitive tasks", "why automate repetitive tasks", and "which easy systems can I use for my online business?", this post is for you. I share from my personal experience and free resources here hoping that it will mean a valuable piece of insight for you and your online efforts.
Short answer is to save time and use that time for something more strategic where you can bring value to your business.
There are many different ways and here is how I did it:
Before starting my coaching and consulting journey, I listed repetitive tasks likely to take too much of my time. Then, I built a plan to address these challenges by leveraging digital solutions as my Phase 1 Strategy.
π¦Here is how I built systems by using digital tools, and hope it helps you, too, if your team is small or if you have no team:
β
1. Eliminating the back-and-forth emails to find a convenient time for meetings:
βοΈCalendly website to book meetings
β
2. Converting content to branded eBooks in less than 10 minutes:
βοΈHubSpot Free eBook templates
β
3. Designing pitch presentations and LinkedIn content:
βοΈCanva website
β
4. Accelerating data-based decisions so that I can focus on customer search needs during content creation and SEO:
βοΈAnswerthepublic website
βοΈGoogle Trends website
βοΈGoogle Alerts website
β
5. Simplifying the training/micro-learning video creation process:
βοΈ WeVideo for long-form videos
βοΈ InVideo and Canva for short-form videos
β
6. Designing and creating one hub for online business (Website, blog, online digital product shop, newsletter, online training by leveraging the no-code technology. PS: I haven`t activated all functions yet, as I am writing this today in 2023.)
βοΈKajabi website
Update text added in 2024: I became a Kajabi expert in 2024. So, please consider this information for posts I`ve written in 2024. Although this piece was originally posted in 2023 before I became a Kajabi expert, I am adding this update for transparency reasons.
β
7. Evaluating the data and acting on the insights:
βοΈ Google Analytics
βοΈWebsite Grader by HubSpot (Design and SEO related)
βοΈGoogle Page Speed Insights (To test the website performance on mobile and desktop.)
There is more depending on the context; these are the key ones I use.
Directly starting to outsource all of these can also be an option depending on your business type and priorities. I chose this option, so that I can build a system (insert buzzword MVP - Minimum Viable Product here:)), test and pivot first.
I hope this sharing empowers and helps you with some ideas if your team is small or you have no team.
PS: As I write this on the 25.07.2023, I am not affiliated with any of these platforms or tools. These are my personal experiences and choises.
