I had the opportunity to join the World Woman Foundation Davos Agenda on the 18th of January 2024, during the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
Below is a wrap-up from my first Davos 2024 experience. Number 1 is for those who`d like to explore more.
3. Topics highlighted in the sessions I joined: Future of AI (Artificial Intelligence), conscious leadership, the importance allyship, and sponsoring programs for inclusion, reskilling and upskilling the workforce, and skill-based hiring.
2. It was inspiring to learn from leaders with various backgrounds from diverse countries, who not only care but take action on the challenges and opportunities mentioned above.
1. For those who are interested, the sessions are accessible online. You will find the links at the bottom of this post.
On a personal note, I am grateful for the opportunity to meet and learn from so many inspiring people, who champion diversity, inclusion, allyship, and shared their stories.
Thank you, WORLD WOMAN FOUNDATION team for making it happen, bringing so many inspiring people, ideas and meaningful topics together. I am grateful for the invitation and that I could take part to learn from experiences of others`.
- AI was a highly addressed topic in sessions and physical spaces in Davos.
- “Allyship is about stepping up and advocating for others.”

My takeaway:
A question we all can ask: “How am I advocating and creating opportunities for others to advance diversity and inclusion with my actions, not only with my words?”
